What it costs

How it works

1. Register. Tell us your business name, where you trade and how to reach you, and upload your registration documents.
2. We verify you. Somebody checks the documents. This is what lets a customer trust the shop, so it is done properly rather than quickly.
3. List your products. A name, a price, a photograph or three, and how many you have. Every product is checked by an administrator before a customer sees it — so is every later change to a price or a description.
4. Sell. Orders arrive in your portal. You pack your part; we bring the order together and a rider delivers it.
5. Get paid. Your earnings build up as orders are delivered, and are paid out on the cycle. You can see exactly what is owed and what has been sent, order by order.

What you get

• Your own portal — your products, your orders, your stock, your earnings, and nobody else's.
• Stock that cannot oversell. When a customer buys, the stock is held immediately, so two customers cannot buy the last one.
• Delivery handled. You do not need riders, routes or a delivery fee of your own.
• Payment handled. Mobile money, card, bank transfer and cash on delivery, all collected for you.
• Reports. What sold, when, and what you earned from it.

What we ask of you

• Sell only goods you may lawfully sell, and describe them honestly.
• Keep your stock figures true — a customer who is told an item is available should receive it.
• Pack an order promptly once it is placed.
• Accept a return where the platform's return policy applies.

A vendor whose goods, descriptions or fulfilment fall short of what a customer here is entitled to expect may be suspended. It is a small market and a shop is only as good as the traders in it.
