About Cape Coast Mall

Cape Coast Mall is an online shopping platform that brings the traders of Cape Coast together in one place. Groceries, household goods, electronics, fashion and more are listed by vendors who trade here, and a customer buys from several of them in a single basket and receives one delivery.

How an order reaches you

1. You order. Add what you want to your basket and check out. You do not need an account — an order number and a tracking link are enough — though an account keeps your addresses and your order history for you.
2. We confirm the stock. Every item is held for you the moment you order. If a vendor cannot supply something, you are told before anything is dispatched, not after.
3. The vendors pack. Each seller prepares their part of your order and it is brought together at our fulfilment centre.
4. A rider delivers it. You can follow the whole journey on the tracking link we send you, and you will know when it is out for delivery.

Paying

You can pay by mobile money, by card, by bank transfer, or in cash when the rider arrives. Card and mobile money payments are handled by Paystack; we never see or store your card number. What this shop keeps is your order, your address and your phone number, and nothing about how you paid beyond a reference.
